If you want to have a killer in and out crossover move then you should work on this stationary ball handing drill to increase your dribbling skills, strength, quickness and concentration. Make sure you bend your knees and stay up on your toes. You should do this drill low, fast, hard and tough, You should also try to find rhythm in the move, as you can see in the demonstration I am on my toes and my feet are moving.
